Bald Mountain Lookout is at 7,393'; Walker Mountain is at 7,083'; Sugar Pine Mountain Lookout is at 6.393'.\r\nYou can stay at the Odell Lake Lodge, hotel in Crescent Junction, tent camp at the Junction Sno-Park or tent camp in the 3 Trails OHV Trail System at the North Lava Staging area. \r\nVisit: Odell Lake, Summit Lake, Diamond Lake. Walt Haring Sno-Park in Chemult, The Old Homestead in Devil's Garden and the abandon log cabins nearby, Fort Rock Monument, Big Hole, Hole in the Ground, Walker Mountain with its old lookout tower, Bald Mountain Lookout, if the gate is open. Be sure to check out the Summit Rock Quarry. \r\nHave lunch or dinner in the towns of Fort Rock, Crescent, Chemult and Crescent Junction. The Broasted Chicken at Manley's Tavern in Crescent Junction is amazing.\r\nGas is available in Crescent, Crescent Junction, Diamond Lake and Chemult. There is NO GAS in Fort Rock. \r\nWant to do some Rock Crawling? Stop by the Rim Butte Jeep Trails in the East Fort Rock OHV Trail System on Map #1. These trails are rated Black Diamond with some Extreme bump outs. Try the trails numbered in the 40's and 50's. Trails 10 and 11 are Extreme.
