Within the Browns Park National Wildlife Refuge, Swinging Bridge (Mile 260) and Crook (Mile 252) are the only two boater access points.\r\n\r\nBrowns Park has always drawn wildlife and wild people -- trappers, outlaws, ranchers, rivermen.
