Walk titles and numbers align with those in the official walk booklet..\r\nLake Wartook to Halls Gap via GPT – 12km one-way, 240m Ascent\r\nFrom Lake Wartook Lookout, this mostly downhill walk follows the Grampians Peaks Trail (GPT) into Halls Gap, with spectacular views, forested sections, and rock shelters along the way. Car shuffle required (20km each way).\r\nWalk Notes: From the carpark, take the track to the GPT and turn right to Lake Wartook Lookout. Then rejoin the GPT and head south across Mt Difficult Rd. Enjoy stunning views before descending steep stone steps through a cliff pass. Trail levels out through forest and passes the junction to Chatauqua Peak. At the Clematis Falls junction, take the right fork (GPT) to Halls Gap. Optional detour to Clematis Falls. Cross Victory Rd carefully.
