Off Grid in the AZ Strip
The BLM AZ Strip map from Avenza was outstanding during a week long trip through a good part of the this very remote and totally off the grid area. Worked flawlessly.

Paper maps
I prefer them as an overview, and for backup. When I downloaded the AZ strip paper map to iBooks on my iPad, I was impressed with how good a substitution it was for paper. That, and the geolocating “blue dot” sold me!
