Overall decent but could use more detail and clearer distance markings
We used it going down the Kaibab , over to Phantom ranch and then up the Bright Angel. Not sure if anything is available with more detail but we found it somewhat useful but lacking in detail and hard to determine distances between points. But it was free and we did find a use for it.
So great to be able to refer to an official map
Great, paired with a topo map I was able to find everything
Run to rim to rim lifesaver!
We hiked rim to rim to rim in one go and can’t express how helpful this map was in keeping us aware of our place in the canyon after long fatiguing hours of hiking. It was accurate and helpful in locating us in the map, giving accurate remaining distances between checkpoints, and telling us where water, restrooms and other valuable resources were on trail. A portion of the trail was in a riverbed which confused us greatly but seeing we were on course in Avenza reassured us.
