Granite Lake up-and-back hike

Sacramento Valley Hiking Conference

This is a good hike up a canyon, over a big trail bridge, past springs, through flowery meadows, and on to Granite Lake. The hike total is 10.0 miles with 2000' elevation gain. It is best done June-Sept, although there may be some snow patches at the lake in June.
