It was are first time hiking sleeping giant state park so we didn’t quite know what to expect. We started late in the afternoon so we chose the Tower Trail which is only 1.5 miles up and 1.5 miles down. The trail is very nicely designed with a lot of turns allowing it to have a more continuous incline/grade which is terrific. The twists and turns add character to the hike and enable you to get a good look at the surrounding area! Highly recommend! Our next visit will incorporate the Tower trail but we will also extend our hike to the Green or Red Trail. Looking forward to going back at peak foliage!
