To be honest I thought the map functionality was mediocre. I like the fact that it would show where I was on the map, would have been nice if the same info could have shown on the elevation profile. Nice to see what kind of climb you’re in for. There is some pretty good details on the map but it seems more like a picture of a paper map than a digital map.

This map was absolutely critical to navigating the Timberline Trail around Mt. Hood. It was clearly put together by someone with deep and current knowledge of the trail. We found great campsites each night and also easily navigated each water crossing with the help of the map and his most recent trail report on his blog. Highly recommend!

We had a paper map but got this one as a backup. What�s great about this map is that it locates you on the map. Great entertainment for our kids to see how far we were. As well, it has a lot of campsites on it that we wouldn�t have found without the app. Got us away from the trail. Highly recommend.
