Grasslands National Park - West Block Trails
Overall, the trail maps were far better than having no maps! We hiked the "70 Mile Butte" and "Broken Hills" trails. In both cases, the trail markings on the maps were made with a "broad brush", lacking in finer detail, and only approximating the actual trail. The "Broken Hills" map showed two short cut trails that no longer exist. The map was certainly detailed enough to give us a clear idea of where we were on the loop, but the map could benefit from some refinement.
